My Story

As someone living with chronic migraines and various autoimmune conditions, I know how hard it can be to balance work and your health—because I’ve had to find a way to make it work myself.

I understand the challenge of building a business or managing high responsibilities while navigating a chronic condition. For me, my chronic illness taught me a valuable lesson: success doesn’t come from pushing harder, it comes from working smarter.

After years in fast-paced marketing roles, I saw brilliant leaders burning out, buried under endless tasks and unrealistic expectations. I’ve been there. Stuck, tired, and stretched too thin.

But I learned that you don’t have to sacrifice your health to succeed. By simplifying plans and staying organized, I found a way to balance it all while still reaching my goals.

Why I Started Aligned Marketing Studio

I started Aligned Marketing Studio because no one should have to choose between their goals and their health. With over 10 years of experience, I help business owners and leaders simplify their marketing, streamline execution, and reduce feeling overwhelmed by tasks, so you can grow without burning out.

My approach is simple:

  • Systems that fit your energy.

  • Strategies that respect your time.

  • Results that let you focus on work-life balance (family, hobbies, or simply just enjoying your weekends).

My Core Values

Fun + Strategy

Marketing should be simple, fun, and strategic. Because complicated, boring plans don’t stick—and they definitely don’t help you grow without stress.

Quality Over Quantity

Less is more. Let’s focus on fewer, better ideas that match your energy and time. This makes things easier and helps your audience connect with what you share.

Test, Learn, Evolve

Try something new, see how it works, and make it better. Being flexible is important because life and business aren’t always perfect, but you can keep growing.

Connections Over Competition

Focus on building real connections with your audience instead of worrying about others. Great marketing is about relationships—when you care about your audience, they’ll care about you too.

Balance + Kindness

Be kind to your clients, your audience, and yourself. Taking care of yourself and staying balanced makes it easier to build something that lasts and feels good.
